PURCHASING, SHIPPING, RETURNS & REFUNDS

PURCHASING

HOLMES accepts Visa, Mastercard, and Paypal as payment. Arrangements can be made for payment via USPS Money Order or personal check if needed.

HOLMES values its customers and respects their privacy. We will not sell, distribute or lease your personal information to third parties under any circumstances.

When you place an order or make a purchase from HOLMES, we use your personal information to process your order, send you e-mails to confirm your order or to contact you via e-mail if we have other questions regarding your order or purchase.

We are committed to ensuring that your information is secure. In order to prevent unauthorized access or disclosure we have put in place suitable physical, electronic and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect online. We use Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology to protect your online order information as it is transmitted over the Internet.

SHIPPING

All domestic orders are shipped via USPS Priority mail unless otherwise requested. If payment is made using PayPal, please be sure your address is current and updated as we are required to use it for shipment. A phone number is also needed for order processing.

As everything at HOLMES is made by hand, please allow 7-10 days at minimum for your item to be finished and shipped. Carved/tooled floral straps and belts should allow up to 3 weeks. If you need an item faster, please use the contact form. Orders can sometimes be completed faster on a case by case basis.

INTERNATIONAL BUYERS: Please contact for rates before ordering on the website. Orders will ship USPS Airmail, with the buyer taking responsibility for any associated fees, such as customs, etc., on your end. If tracking is needed for international shipments please use the contact form and let us know. Priority mail now comes with a basic form of tracking. Express mail is another option, comes with better tracking but is more expensive.

Please NOTE that leather items cannot be shipped to Italy. Apologies to the Italians, I'd love to send you stuff, but Italian import restrictions won't allow it.

RETURN & REFUND

HOLMES takes pride in quality, customer satisfaction, and a positive buying experience. If you feel the product you have received is not what you were expecting, we are happy to accept returns (shipping costs to be paid by the buyer) for exchange or refund if the item is unused and returned within sixty (60) days of the purchase date. 

Made to order items such as belts and wristwear returned because of sizing issues will be credited for exchange only.  

Refunds for eligible items returned within sixty days of the purchase date will be credited in the same form as the original payment type. A credit will be issued as soon as we receive and process your return. Please allow up to two billing cycles for a refund to appear on your credit card statement.
